I、Notice to Users
1.1 Description
1.1.1 These Terms of Service are the description of the rights and obligations between users of EasyTransfer Group's website (the "User") and EasyTransfer Technology Co. Ltd. ("EasyTransfer Group", "we", "us", "our",and similar items) with respect to all online services relating to us.
1.1.2 The "User" in this Agreement means any individual or business or organization which is willing to obtain a member account number and password for EasyTransfer Group's website ("easytransfer.co.in") through the effective method offered by us to access the online services provided by us.
1.1.3 If the User wishes to use the services of EasyTransfer Group, it can only be done if the User accepts all instructions, terms, conditions and instructions contained herein. The inclusion of any links does not mean that we have any connection with the operators of such websites. 1.4 No Illegal or Prohibited Use
User must not use Transfer Easy's website or our services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms, conditions and instructions. User shall not use the our website orour services in any manner that may damage, paralyze, unduly burden or impair our website or our services or interfere with the use ourwebsite or our services by others. UsersUser shall not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information in any manner other than that which is not offered for subscription on our website.
1.5 Declaration to Minors
For purposes of this Agreement, "full civil capacity" shall be interpreted in its narrow sense. If the User is under 18 years of age, the User does not have full civil capacity. In such case, we strongly suggest that the User's guardian register and apply for the account in the name of the guardian and on the User's behalf using User's personal information.If the User is under the age of 18, and wishes to use your personal information to register your account, please confirm in advance that you have obtained the permission and authorization of the User's guardian.If the User provides false registration information to mislead EasyTransfer Group into believing that the User is a person with full civil capacity and processes the User's registration application, the User and the User's legal guardian shall be responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom, and we shall not be liable therefor.
II 、Consent of the User
2.1 Provide timely, detailed and accurate personal data. If the data provided by the User contains any false, untrue, outdated or incomplete information, EasyTransfer Group reserves the right to suspend the use of the User's account. The User shall bear any loss directly or indirectly arising therefrom.
2.2 All written documents to be sent to the User will be sent by email, mailing list or other acceptable means. EasyTransfer Group may notify the User of any amendments to or changes in the User's services or other important developments by these means.
2.3 Up-to-date the registration information in a timely, detailed and accurate manner. All originally typed information will be cited as the registration information. Any change in the User's personal data (e-mail address, etc.) shall be promptly updated. If the relevant operations cannot be completed or any mistakes occur due to the User's failure to update personal data in a timely manner, the User shall be personally liable for all consequences arising therefrom, and the User shall not take it as the reasons, including but not limited to refusing payment, canceling the transaction and other improper actions.
2.4 Registration as a User shall be deemed as authorization of EasyTransfer Group, and we may disclose Users' registration information to a third party in accordance with the our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Services, provided that we shall not disclose Users' names, addresses, mail addresses, e-mail addresses and accounts in a public way. Unless:
2.4.1 he User requests EasyTransfer Group or authorizes someone to disclose such information through e-mail service.
2.4.2 EasyTransfer Group is required to provide the User's personal data in accordance with relevant legal proceedings.
2.4.3 EasyTransfer Group reserves the right to terminate the User's use of our website and related network service if the information provided by the User is inaccurate.
2.5 The User agrees that when EasyTransfer Group detects any abnormal or suspicious transaction, We have the right to suspend or terminate the use of the User's account without prior notice and at its sole discretion. However, We do not undertake the obligation and responsibility for judging and detecting any abnormal or suspicious transaction.
2.6 As the Users of EasyTransfer Group, while using our service, the Users shall agree to accept various services provided by us in accordance with the service clauses, basic measures, regulations, declarations, rules and regulations and other requirements that are published, changed and revised by us from time to time.
2.7 The User warrants that without EasyTransfer Group's consent, the User shall not use our services for rental, sale or other commercial purposes, or transfer User's rights to any third party.

2.9 The User shall comply with all national laws, regulations, rules, international laws and international practice, including but not limited to the following guidelines, and is solely responsible for the contents of the information released:

2.9.3 Do not release any name-calling, abuse, or personal attacks that may lead to harmful consequences;

2.9.5 Be liable for any and all civil or criminal legal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by anyTransfer Easy's conduct;
2.9.6 Do not interfere with or confuse EasyTransfer Group's online services;
III 、EasyTransfer Group respects the personal privacy of Users
How EasyTransfer Group collects, uses, discloses and protects users' related personal information shall be specified in our Privacy Policy. When you register as a User and receive the online services provided by us, you shall be subject to the prior knowledge and acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
IV 、The User expressly agrees that the use of EasyTransfer Group's website and relevant online services is at User's own risk
The provision of EasyTransfer Group's service is on the basis of the co-existence of free of charge and with payment. We expressly disclaim all other warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will meet User's requirements or that the services will not be interrupted. We do not provide any warranties for the provision of services. User fully understands and accepts such risks and agrees that User shall bear all the risks and liabilities arising from damage to the systems or loss of any information and data downloaded or obtained through our services.
V 、User account and password security
Once a User of EasyTransfer Group, it is obliged to keep their User's account and password in safe custody. Otherwise, any leakage of the account or password shall be fully responsible for any consequence. In addition, each user is fully responsible for all activities and events in their account. Members may change their passwords at any time upon request. If a user becomes aware of any illegal use of a user account or website security breaches, the user will notify us immediately. We shall not be liable for problems unsolvable by existing technology, hacker problem, Internet line problem, and any other breaches of user accounts and website security that are not caused by our fault, or for any damages caused to Users or any other person as a result thereof.
VI 、 Cancellation of User Identity
6.1 If a user conducts any of the following behaviors, we have the right to terminate service and cancel account number and User account at any time without notice and the User's own expense:
6.1.1 Conduct in breach of the confidentiality obligation stipulated in the terms of service or contract;
6.1.2 abuse of the rights enjoyed by it;
6.1.3 Provide false registration information;
6.1.4 Use the service of EasyTransfer Group in the name of others;
6.1.5 Participate in the activities of EasyTransfer Group by improper means;
6.1.6 Engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, drug trafficking, selling pirated CDs, pornographic materials or other prohibited items;
6.1.7 Infringement of the rights to reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents and other property rights of others;
6.1.8 Conducting transactions using bank cards of others;
6.1.9 Violation of the laws or regulations of India;
6.1.10 Acts in violation of social customs and social ethics; and
6.1.11 Other behaviors that are considered improper by EasyTransfer Group.
VII 、 Applicability
7.1 EasyTransfer Group reserves the right to final interpretation of the contents published on the website.
7.2 EasyTransfer Group reserves the right to issue, change and amend all or part of the terms of service, basic laws, regulations, declarations, bylaws and all other provisions at any time.
7.3 Agreements of EasyTransfer Group's User Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the national law. If there is any term of service in conflict with the applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail. VIII 、 Exemption
8.1 EasyTransfer Group shall not be liable in the event of any of the following circumstances:

8.1.2 Any hacker attack, computer virus invasion or attack, any impact caused by technological adjustment of telecommunication department, temporary shutdown due to government control, failure of EasyTransfer Group's normal release due to reasons attributable to a third party (including force majeure, such as failure of international export backbone links or international export telecommunication provider, fire, flood, lightning strike, earthquake, flood, typhoon, tornado, volcanic eruption, epidemic of plague and epidemic, strike, war or violent act or similar events), and any other force majeure affecting the normal operation of the network, and any disclosure, loss, embezzlement or tampering of personal data not attributable to our fault;
8.1.3 The personal data disclosure created by other websites linked to EasyTransfer Group and any legal dispute and consequence arising therefrom; and
8.1.4 Any individual user, including minor users, provides EasyTransfer Group with incorrect, incomplete or untrue information, that causes inability to use our service in a normal manner or suffers any other losses;
8.1.5 For the normal operation of the website, regular or irregular shutdown of the website for maintenance is necessary; normal service interruption caused by such circumstances;
8.1.6 Other exemption provisions agreed in the agreement between the users of Easy Transfer and our service or provided by the rules, systems and provisions that may be promulgated or modified from time to time on our website.
IX 、 Ownership of Contents of Online Services
The network services provided by EasyTransfer Group include: all text, software, voice, picture, video, graph and advertisement, the entire content of email, and other information provided by us for users. The copyright, trademarks, patents, know-how and ownership of all such content are protected by law. Therefore, users may use such content only with the authorization of our website and the right owner, and shall not copy or reproduce such content or create derivative products relating to the content.
